Hijacked at gun-point!!!!

Phokeng–  The 31-year-old complainant was from the Shell Garage in Phokeng on his way towards Lenatong Section.  On the way he stopped his vehicle and was confronted by three unknown suspects at gun point.

The suspects allegedly pushed him in his vehicle and the suspects drove off  with him toward bushes where they tied him to a tree.

He was badly assaulted by the suspects.

The suspects drove off with his Toyota Conquest. 

“The victim managed to untie himself and walked to the road where he was assisted by a security guard” Captain Botma said. 

He was taken to Hospital for medical treatment. The vehicle was circulated and the investigation continues.

A suspect to appear in court for Robbery!!!

Kanana– The 29-year-old complainant and his brother were asleep in their house in Kanana, Klerksdorp.

They were awakened by the suspects who broke the door to gain entry.

Allegedly one of the suspects stabbed the complainant with a knife before they robbed him of a DVD Machine and a Nokia cell phone.

“One of the suspects was tracked down by the Police and arrested. A  House Robbery case is being investigated and the suspect is expected to appear in court on monday” Captain Botma.

Cyferskuil-  The police arrested a 16-year-old man for Business Robbery over the week-end.

The 25-year-old victim and his brother were in their Tuck Shop , when the suspect allegedly entered the shop and bought airtime.

“The complainant’s brother was hit with a bottle over the head by one of the suspects while the other suspect pulled out a fire-arm” Captain Botma said.

The suspects robbed them of cash, cigarettes and some airtime. 

They fled the scene and one of the suspects was arrested later. 

The complainant  brother sustained injuries on the head and was taken to the local clinic for treatment.

 

Modiri Ketshabile found murder!!!

Lomanayaneng–  The Police arrested three suspects at Dithakong Village on Saturday, 23 June 2012 after Modiri Ketshabile was found murdered.

The deceased was found lying naked, with bruises on his body. 

The deceased clothes were lying about 600 meters from the body.

A witness reported that the deceased was knocking on her door Friday night  asking for help, and told her who assaulted him, but she didn’t open the door for him.

He was found dead on Saturday morning by the witness.  

“The suspects was arrested and is expected to appear on monday in court” Captain Botma said.

Mmabatho– On Friday night  the 20-year old victim was asleep in his rented house in Mothabeng Village, Mmabatho.

“He was allegedly woken up by an unknown man armed with a knife, who broke the door open and covered the complainant with a blanket” Captain Botma said.

He robbed him the amount of R300-00.

The suspect fled the scene and is still at large. 

The police are investigating a case of House Robbery.

 

A 29 YEAR-OLD MAN SHOT AND KILLED!!!

Boitekong– The Police in the North-West are investigating a Murder case after a 29-year-old man was murdered over the week-end in Boitekong.

“Allegedly the deceased was walking in Seraleng Street, when he came across an unknown suspect who took out a fire-arm and shot the deceased four times” Captain Botma.

The deceased died on the scene, and the suspect is still at large. Investigation continues.
