The minister of Human Settlement, Tokyo Sexwale told the leaders to change the way of doing things or else risk to be removed.
Sexwale also down-played the rumours that he will also challenge president Jacob Zuma, for the presidential seat in ANC conference that will be held in December in Mangaung.
The Time newspaper quoted Sexwale that it is not by choice if they remove leaders. it is because young people lost hope on them.
