RASUGE’S MOTHER SLAMS JUSTICE SYSTEM….!!!

The family of slain constable Francis Rasuge who was killed by jailed former lover, William Nkuna are foaming after the Justice System handled the whole process. Even though they are happy to receive closure to the matter,they believe the police would have done better.

This comes out after the family learned from the media that the remains dug up at a house belonged to William Nkuna in Temba,Pretoria was Rasuge’s. 

The mother of Rasuge said they heard the heart-breaking news from the media,this happened after Pretorai news team went to Rasuge’s family to get their comment and unintentionally breaking the news.

“It is very terrible for me to find like this. It happened while digging up the bones and now they are doing this about the news” Caroline said.

Caroline Rasuge continue “This supposed to be done procedurally. They were supposed to send relevant people to inform us. We were not expecting the media to come and inform us, but Justice people to do it”

But the SAPS spokesperson Lieutanant Katlego Mogale refuted that,saying she confirmed with an official from Themba Police Station.”A colonel at the station confirmed with me that the family had informed before released the statement”   

PUTCO INVESTIGATE AFTER A TRAGEDY!!!

Putco bus was crashed into a house this morning in Soweto, which left two people dead and four injured.The accident happened this morning, where the bus was involved in an accident with another car and crushed into a house causing it to cave in near Braamfisher,Soweto.

The company spokesperson Raphiri Matsaneng said the investigation continues”Our bus crushed into a house and our driver has been hospitalised,but for now we do not know the cause of the accident and we still waiting for the outcome of the investigations”

In 2011,42 Putco buses were removed off South African roads after failing roadworthy test. And most people who suffered slightly injuries were treated on the scene.

 

A SEARCH FOR DROWN PLAYERS CONTINUES…!!!

The search for five missing rugby players continues today after the police search was hauled by bad weather conditions yesterday.

The several players from the Motherwell Rugby and Football Club were swept out to a sea by strong rip currents on Sunday at Blue Water Bay Beach.

The police divers resume the search today after bad weather yesterday and confirmed not found any missing bodies yet. The Eastern Cape Rugby Union has expressed shock after the drowning of rugby players. The players went for boating after a practice and were swept out by angry currents.

The Union’s Cheeky Watson on Monday said” The water is a lot clearer than it was on Sunday. They will try and recover bodies” 

POLICE ON HIGH ALERT AFTER KYA SANDS RIOT!!!

Service delivery is one of the burning issues in our country currently. The latest protest from Kya Sands Informal Settlement can attest to this. 

The residents were singing and chanting struggle songs yesterday and hauling stones at the police during  their demand of houses in the area. They blocked Malibongwe Drive with burning tyres yesterday and now the police are monitoring the situation not to escalate.

“We demanding houses and we want to hear this words from our government that our plea will be granted. We living in bad conditions and we will not budge” said one of angry resident.

The residents met with one official from The City of Johannesburg,where he promised to have a meeting with residents to discuss way forward.

Meanwhile the police are monitoring situation in the area.

The shocking news that sent shivers and brought South Africa to a standstill, re-live it memories last week when the unsuspecting construction workers found bones buried in the shallow grave at William Nkuna’s house in Tembisa.

The workers were digging a hole for house renovations at the house when they found the gruesome events. they immediately called the police and the house at the centre stage was previously owned by constable’s former lover, William Nkuna who was jailed for a life time imprisonment.

SAPS Spokesperson lieutenant Katlego Mogale confirmed the news and said the case will now be closed.”We can confirm that the bones were found at the house of Wiliam Nkuna belongs to the slain constable Rasuge after a forensic inveastigations. Now the case will be closed unless the are new finding” she said

Now the family are arranging for the burial of their daughter. Constable Rasuge disappeared more than eight years ago after be seen in a company of her former lover,William Nkuna.
